Tata Communications has successfully raised Rs 400 crore through the allotment of Commercial Paper, signaling a strategic move to bolster its financial position.
The issuance was priced at a competitive discount rate of 7.05% per annum, with each security holding a face value of Rs 5,00,000.
- The Commercial Paper is set for redemption on September 11, 2026.
- It was officially listed on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) on June 16, 2026.
Panorama Studios Enters Malayalam Film Co-Production
In a separate development, Panorama Studios International has forged a significant partnership with Funstreams Movies and Entertainment LLP.
This collaboration aims for the joint development and co-production of two upcoming Malayalam films.
- Acclaimed actor Fahadh Faasil has been signed as the lead for both projects.
