Systematix Corporate Services injects ₹2.70 crore into its subsidiary SWASPL via rights issue to bolster working capital and support operational expansion.
Systematix Corporate Services has infused ₹2.70 crore into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited (SWASPL), via a rights issue. This investment, made on August 27, 2026, aims to address SWASPL’s working capital requirements.
The capital injection involved the subscription of 2,700,000 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10. This transaction, classified as a related-party deal at arm’s length, ensures Systematix Corporate Services maintains its 100% shareholding in SWASPL.
SWASPL, established in 2013, operates in the capital markets, offering alternative investment funds, wealth management, and financial product distribution. The subsidiary has shown recent, significant operational expansion, indicated by its turnover.
Its turnover, previously negligible in FY24 and FY25, surged to ₹193.06 lakhs in FY26, highlighting a rapid ramp-up in commercial operations. This growth underscores the subsidiary’s increasing activity within its market segments.
The capital infusion strategically positions SWASPL to support its expanding operations and sustain its growth trajectory in the competitive Indian capital markets. This move provides the necessary financial backing for future endeavors.
