The IPO includes a fresh issue of 0.15 crore equity shares, totaling Rs. 150 crore, alongside an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1.63 crore shares worth Rs. 1,607 crore. Shares are priced between Rs. 938 and Rs. 988.

The Offer for Sale involves significant contributions from multiple entities. Symbiotec Pharmalab will not receive any proceeds from this component of the IPO.

Proceeds from the fresh issue are designated for specific purposes.
