They highlighted high uncertainty regarding project success and substantial working capital requirements. Success depends heavily on audience acceptance and box office performance for upcoming projects.
Conversely, Master Capital Services sees the IPO as a potential long-term investment. They pointed to the projected 6% CAGR growth for the Indian Media & Entertainment industry, expected to hit ₹3.30 trillion by 2028.
Master Capital Services believes Sunshine Pictures is well-positioned, leveraging its experience, technology-driven approach, strong industry ties, and a robust content portfolio including six films and two web series in its pipeline.
