S&S Power Switchgear Subsidiary Wins Record ₹50 Cr Vedanta Order

S&S Power Switchgear today announced a significant milestone, with its wholly-owned subsidiary, M/s. Hamilton Research & Technology (HART), securing a major purchase order from Vedanta Aluminium Metal.

This substantial contract, valued at more than ₹ 50 Crores, represents the single largest order ever received by the company. HART will be responsible for the supply of a comprehensive Pot Control System, alongside crucial installation and commissioning services for Vedanta Aluminium Metal.

The award of this order not only boosts S&S Power Switchgear’s financial outlook but also reinforces the strategic promotion of Indian technology. This initiative aligns directly with the broader “Made in India” push, highlighting domestic innovation in advanced industrial solutions.

S&S Power Switchgear disclosed these details in compliance with regulatory mandates, specifically Regulation 30(4) of the Listing Regulations, read with Part A to Schedule III and SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024. The information was officially submitted as part of the company’s filings to the BSE.
