Silver Touch Technologies secured a purchase order from ITI for the supply of 80 high-performance enterprise servers. The deployment is slated for a defence project where the end customer is the Indian Army.
Contract Valuation and Tender Details
The initial purchase order carries a valuation of Rs 35.63 crore, which is inclusive of GST. ITI awarded this contract following a competitive two-bid tender process concluded with a reverse auction.

- Hardware Scope: 80 high-performance enterprise servers with a 3-year warranty

Lifecycle Maintenance and Total Potential Value
The agreement includes provisions for an Annual Maintenance Contract extending over 8 years following the initial warranty period. This subsequent maintenance phase is valued at Rs 14.04 crore inclusive of GST and will be placed at a later date upon successful completion of the warranty period if required.
