Investor Divestitures
Investors divesting a portion of their holdings include L R India Fund, Tribe Capital, MCP3 SPV LLC, Moore Strategic Ventures, Agility International Investment LLC, and 500 Startups. Shiprocket intends to allocate Rs 365.6 crore from the proceeds towards expanding its platforms.
Specifically, Rs 205.8 crore is designated for marketing and Rs 159.8 crore for technology infrastructure and capabilities. An additional Rs 210 crore is earmarked for repaying or prepaying existing borrowings.

Prior to the public offering, Shiprocket successfully raised Rs 727.41 crore from 50 anchor investors on August 11, 2026. These investors were allotted 7.49 crore shares at Rs 97 each.
