Shiprocket’s IPO successfully garnered ₹1,617.48 crore, achieving an exceptional 99.38x subscription rate, highlighting strong investor confidence.
Shiprocket Limited, the Indian e-commerce enablement platform, successfully concluded its Initial Public Offering, raising ₹1,617.48 crore. This amount is equivalent to USD 169.04 million, with the offering seeing significant investor demand.
The IPO was notably oversubscribed, reaching an overall rate of 99.38 times. Qualified institutional buyers showed the highest interest, subscribing 122.80 times their allocated portion.
