Shiprocket’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) is scheduled to open for public subscription from August 12 to August 14, 2026. The e-commerce enabler aims to raise ₹1,617.48 crore through the offering.
IPO Structure
- Total Issue Size: ₹1,617.48 crore
- Fresh Issue: 9.13 crore shares worth ₹885.50 crore
- Offer For Sale (OFS): 7.55 crore shares worth ₹731.98 crore
The price band for the IPO has been fixed between ₹92 and ₹97 per share. Current grey market premium (GMP) data indicates a potential listing gain of 28% to 30%.
Investor Allocation & Bidding
The issue allocates 75% of shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% to Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and 10% to retail investors. Retail participants can bid for a minimum of 154 shares.
This minimum retail investment translates to ₹14,938 at the upper end of the price band. Allotment is anticipated by August 17, with shares credited to demat accounts by August 18.

Company Operations & Financials
Shiprocket operates an API-led technology platform, designed to simplify e-commerce for Indian MSMEs and large retailers. Its services cover logistics, checkout, payments, fulfillment, and cross-border trade.
The company reported revenues of ₹1,315.98 crore in FY24, increasing to ₹1,632 crore in FY25, and further to ₹2,024.14 crore in FY26. Losses narrowed from ₹592.41 crore in FY24 to ₹74.45 crore in FY25, before slightly increasing to ₹79.24 crore in FY26.
Planned Use of Proceeds
Net proceeds from the IPO are earmarked for several strategic initiatives. These include investments in marketing and technology infrastructure, repayment of debt, and funding inorganic growth through acquisitions. General corporate purposes will also utilize a portion of the raised capital.
