SEBI Approves IPOs for 9 Companies, Including PlaySimple & Garuda

SEBI greenlights IPOs for nine companies, including gaming firm PlaySimple and drone maker Garuda Aerospace, clearing them to proceed with public offerings.
Nine companies, featuring PlaySimple Games and drone startup Garuda Aerospace, just secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). These approvals were issued between August 3 and August 7, 2026.
The companies had filed their initial draft papers with the regulator from December 2025 through April 2026. This SEBI observation means they are cleared to move forward with their public issues.

- PlaySimple Games: Plans to raise Rs 3,150 crore via an entirely offer-for-sale (OFS) by MTGx Gaming Holding AB.
- Garuda Aerospace: Aims for Rs 1,000 crore, split into a Rs 750 crore fresh issue and a Rs 250 crore OFS.
- Rediff.com India: Also received SEBI’s nod.
- Jakson Green: Opted for SEBI’s confidential pre-filing route.
- Adroit Industries: IPO includes a fresh issue of 98.97 lakh equity shares and a 13.5 lakh share OFS.
- Expression 360 Services India Ltd: Proposes an entirely OFS of up to 1.50 crore equity shares.
- SNVA Traveltech: Operates the online travel platform Travomint.
- Naini Papers Ltd: An integrated paper manufacturer.
- Laxyo: A railway infrastructure and EPC services provider, with a proposed fresh issue of equity shares valued at Rs 150 crore.
Several firms, including Jakson Green Ltd, Rediff.com India, SNVA Traveltech, and Garuda Aerospace, utilized SEBI’s confidential pre-filing route. This allows for regulatory feedback before public disclosure of their draft offer documents.
All nine companies are set to list their shares on both the BSE and NSE, expanding their reach to a broader investor base.
