Several Indian companies announced significant corporate developments, with Schneider Electric Infrastructure seeing a key resignation and Magnum Ventures securing substantial financing.
Chinmoy Das has tendered his resignation as Whole-Time Director of Schneider Electric Infrastructure, effective from the close of business on June 30, 2026. Citing personal reasons, Das will also step down as a Senior Management Personnel of the company.
Magnum Ventures Raises INR 50 Crores
In a separate development, Magnum Ventures’ Debt Raise Committee has approved the issuance of Listed Rated Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
- The NCDs will aggregate up to INR 50 Crores.
- They will be issued on a Private Placement basis.
