SBI MF’s Long Game
SBI Mutual Fund has been a consistent investor, steadily increasing its exposure to Urban Company. Their stake grew from 1.89% in December 2025 to about 5.9% by March 2026, culminating in this latest acquisition.
This continued investment signals institutional confidence in Urban Company’s direction. The company is actively working to regain leadership in the 10-minute services segment with its InstaHelp offering, competing against Snabbit and Pronto.
