Analyst views on the IPO are varied. Swastika Investmart issued a ‘neutral’ rating, citing the company’s expanding network in India and the United States, alongside improving operating margins. However, concerns include a limited profitability track record and negative operating cash flow in FY26.

BP Equities recommended ‘subscribe for long-term’, highlighting Rays of Belief’s leading position in an underserved market and its scalable asset-light expansion model. Master Capital Services and Ventura Securities also suggested a ‘subscribe’ rating, despite noting risks like demanding valuations and high employee costs.
