Purple Style Labs Ltd (PSLL), parent company of Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, is launching an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise Rs 680 crore, with the subscription period set for August 31 to September 2, 2026.

Fund Allocation Strategy
Purple Style Labs plans to allocate a significant portion of the net proceeds towards its growth initiatives. This capital infusion supports both operational expansion and brand visibility efforts.
- To PSL Retail (wholly-owned subsidiary): Rs 371.13 crore for lease liabilities of experience centers and back-end office infrastructure across India.
- For Sales and Marketing: Rs 138.90 crore to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Remaining Funds: Utilized for general corporate purposes.
Market Context and Investors
This IPO coincides with substantial growth in India’s luxury and wedding retail sectors. The Indian wedding market has surpassed Rs 10 lakh crore, with the wedding-wear category projected to reach Rs 3.4 lakh crore by FY30.
India’s personal luxury goods market is expected to expand to Rs 2.31 lakh crore, creating significant opportunities for premium fashion retailers. Founder Abhishek Agarwal holds a 27.10 percent stake in PSLL.

Purple Style Labs has attracted investments from institutional investors, family offices, and private investors. Its roster includes prominent figures like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and his family, Sachin Tendulkar, Madhuri Dixit, and Mahesh Babu.
The company continues to expand its physical retail footprint, complementing its digital operations. Recent additions include the flagship Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio in Mumbai’s Fort district, an experience center on Linking Road in Mumbai, and an international location on Madison Avenue in New York.
