Purple Style Labs, the company behind luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, is targeting a ₹660 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) by the end of August 2026. This move follows market regulator SEBI’s approval for the public issue in January.

The IPO aims to raise capital primarily for PSL Retail, its wholly-owned subsidiary, to cover lease liabilities for experience centers and back-end offices across India. Funds are also earmarked for sales, marketing, and general corporate purposes.
