Pride Hotels filed its preliminary IPO papers in October 2025, securing SEBI approval by January 2026. The company is additionally exploring a new boutique upper-upscale brand named Pride Lux.

The company faces rising operating costs, particularly for gas and electricity, and also deals with licensing delays. To counter energy costs, Pride Hotels is investing in wind and solar power, alongside energy-efficient equipment.

While currently focused on the domestic market, future plans include potential international expansion. This expansion would target areas with significant Indian traveler traffic.
