Actor Manoj Bajpayee recently expanded his real estate investments, acquiring a significant agricultural land parcel near Lonavala for ₹1.37 crore. This purchase, officially registered on August 25, 2026, marks another notable addition to his growing portfolio.
Details of the New Acquisition
Bajpayee bought a 1.80-hectare land parcel, which is approximately 4.45 acres, located in Tailbail village within Mulshi taluka, Pune district. The transaction involved a substantial investment of ₹1.37 crore.
Property registration documents, sourced through the real estate data analytics platform CRE Matrix, confirm these details. He paid ₹6.86 lakh in stamp duty and an additional ₹30,000 as a registration fee for this acquisition.
A Growing Real Estate Portfolio
This latest land purchase near Lonavala is part of the veteran actor’s expanding property holdings. It follows a significant investment made in October 2023.
At that time, Bajpayee acquired four commercial office units in Mumbai’s Oshiwara area. The total cost for those Mumbai properties amounted to ₹32 crore.
