This thoughtful design keeps indoor temperatures consistently between 23 and 26 degrees Celsius all year, eliminating the need for mechanical cooling. The farmhouse is also powered by a 5-kilowatt solar plant and sources water from a large well, supplemented by borewells.

Beyond the structure, Sadhwani cultivates an organic farm, growing 27 varieties of vegetables without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. He also produces compost on-site, embracing true self-sufficiency.
