The Proposed Share Offering Structure
The upcoming public offering consists of equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The structure of this financial maneuver involves specific allocations for capital generation and shareholder participation.
Key details of the PCI Infraprojects public offering include:
• Fresh issue and offer for sale of up to 1,675,000 equity shares by promoter and selling shareholder Mr. Ankit Tayal.
• Total proposed offering size of 11,500,000 equity shares.
• Allocation of ₹14,000 lakhs from the fresh issue proceeds to support working capital requirements, with the remaining balance designated for general corporate purposes.

At the CREDAI-NATCON 2026 convention held in Kolkata from October 2 to October 4, real estate industry leaders and financial experts gathered to debate the strategic implications of going public. Panelists including Shobhit Agarwal, Varun Gupta, Deepak Kishan Goradia, Abhimanyu Bhattacharya, and Pinak Rudra Bhattacharyya discussed the timing and operational discipline required for developers.
While going public offers access to capital and enhanced visibility, experts noted that the primary market in September 2026 saw 34 initial public offerings raise nearly ₹39,340 crore. Furthermore, the pipeline as of September 25 included 237 companies seeking to raise approximately ₹4.48 lakh crore, while the first half of fiscal year 2027 generated more than ₹1 lakh crore through public offerings.
