- Operational EBITDA saw a 68.3% rise, hitting Rs 542 crore against Rs 322 crore in Q1 FY26.
- EBITDA margin expanded to 4.8% from 3.7% year-on-year.
Shareholders are set to benefit from two dividend declarations announced by the company. Patanjali Foods declared a third interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per share for fiscal year 2026, alongside a first interim dividend of Rs 0.8 per share for fiscal year 2027. The eligibility record date for these payouts is set for Friday, August 21, 2026.
