Paramount Syntex reached an overall subscription level of 1.35 times at the close of the second day of bidding on October 1, 2026. The SME public offering opened on September 30 and is scheduled to conclude on October 6, 2026.

Paramount Syntex plans to deploy approximately Rs 61.68 crore of the proceeds toward capital expenditure for purchasing machinery at its Ludhiana facilities. The company reported revenue of Rs 122.03 crore in FY26, up from Rs 112.42 crore in FY25.
