Originally founded in 2009 by Navin Katiyar as Sarika Katiyar, Paluck Technologies began with diesel generator services. The company has since diversified into engineering services and infrastructure support. Its operations now span Automobile & Engineering Services, Logistics & Equipment Rental, and Telecom Engineering.

Diversified Operations

  • Construction Equipment Rental: Provides concrete transportation, infrastructure equipment rental, and RMC plant setup services.
  • Logistics and Fleet Management: Manages over 190 specialized vehicles, including transit mixers and pump units.
  • Telecom Engineering Services: Acts as an implementation and maintenance partner for major telecom operators across India.

The Construction Equipment Rental segment utilizes a substantial asset base. This includes 92 transit mixers, 13 concrete pumps, and 23 Logistics Trucks. The company serves clients across Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha, and Jammu & Kashmir.

The shares are slated for listing on the SME Platform of BSE. Horizon Management is the book running lead manager, with Sumit Kumar serving as compliance officer for the issue.
