NDR InvIT Trust, sponsored by NDR Warehousing Private Limited, has filed draft papers with Sebi for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) aiming to raise up to ₹750 crore. This move positions the trust to expand its warehousing and industrial parks portfolio. The offering includes both a fresh issue of units and an offer-for-sale component.

Proceeds from the fresh issue are specifically earmarked for strategic acquisitions, directly enhancing the Trust’s existing asset base. These funds will be used for two significant purchases, with remaining capital allocated for general corporate purposes. This strategy aims to support future growth trajectory by diversifying income-generating warehousing assets.
- Acquisition of 100% of NDR Advanced Storage Private Limited: up to ₹297.6 crore
- Acquisition of 100% interest in NDR Storewell Warehousing LLP: up to ₹84.2 crore
InvIT’s Market Position
NDR InvIT Trust distinguishes itself as India’s first perpetual warehousing and industrial parks InvIT. Its current portfolio, as of June 2026, boasts a substantial total leasable area of 22.97 million square feet. Of this, 21.58 million square feet are already developed across key warehousing markets nationwide.
