NDR InvIT Trust has broadened its real estate holdings with the acquisition of two Grade-A warehousing assets located in Kochi and Coimbatore. The transaction, valued at approximately ₹260 crore, marks a significant expansion for the infrastructure investment trust.
The acquisition adds about 0.79 million sq ft of leasable area to NDR InvIT’s portfolio. Following this expansion, the company’s total operating area now encompasses 22.96 million sq ft.
The move is expected to bolster NDR InvIT’s position in the rapidly growing South Indian markets. The acquired assets are fully occupied and come with stable, pre-existing lease agreements, ensuring a steady revenue stream for the trust.
