NCC Ltd Secures ₹430 Cr Orders, Q1 Profit Up 12.6%

NCC Ltd wins ₹430.19 Cr in new orders and reports a 12.6% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit, showcasing strong financial performance and growth.
Infrastructure giant NCC Ltd announced securing three new orders valued at ₹430.19 crore, excluding GST, during August 2026. This development saw shares of NCC Ltd close at ₹148.75 on the BSE, marking a 0.27% increase.
These orders, which are for its buildings division, were acquired in the normal course of business. The company confirmed no internal orders or related-party transactions were involved in these latest contracts.
First Quarter Financial Performance
The company also reported a robust operating performance for the first quarter. Consolidated net profit for the period increased by 12.6% year-on-year, reaching ₹216.4 crore.
- Revenue climbed by 12.2% to ₹5,812 crore.
- EBITDA saw a 19.5% rise, reaching ₹545 crore.
- The operating margin expanded to 9.38% from 8.81%.
- Consolidated turnover, including other income, stood at ₹5,842.5 crore, up from ₹5,207.9 crore.
- Earnings per share (EPS) improved to ₹3.45 from ₹3.06.
NCC demonstrated continued expansion of its order pipeline throughout the quarter. Fresh orders secured during this period totaled ₹3,882 crore.
As of June 30, the company’s consolidated order book stands at a substantial ₹81,214 crore. This significant pipeline provides strong revenue visibility for NCC Ltd in the upcoming years.
