Natco Pharma has injected an additional $14 million into the US-based biotechnology firm eGenesis Inc through its subsidiaries, Natco Pharma (Canada) Inc and Natco Pharma South Africa Proprietary Ltd. This latest infusion brings Natco Pharma’s total investment in the genome engineering pioneer to $22 million.

The strategic commitment underscores Natco Pharma’s continued belief in eGenesis’s mission to address the global organ shortage. This recent funding follows an initial $8 million investment made in 2024.
