The Bengaluru-headquartered company, established in 2016, is poised for a substantial increase in its operational footprint across the country. Mygate currently provides its comprehensive suite of services to 27,000 residential communities, collectively encompassing 57 lakh homes. With the fresh injection of capital, the platform has set an ambitious target to extend its reach, aiming to service a total of 100 lakh homes in the near future.
Mygate’s platform offers a holistic range of solutions meticulously designed to streamline the daily operations and enhance the living experience within residential complexes. These include advanced features for robust gate and security management, efficient finance and accounting tools, convenient amenities booking systems, and seamless internal communication channels that foster community engagement. He further emphasized, “Our unwavering focus on solving real problems for gated communities at scale has been central to this journey, driving both our innovation and market presence.”
The startup has demonstrated significant evolution since its founding, progressively expanding its offerings from an initial visitor management solution to a comprehensive, integrated ecosystem. This expanded suite of services now encompasses functionalities such as local service discovery, convenient maintenance payment options, and a dedicated marketplace for used goods, addressing diverse needs within residential communities. This latest funding round follows a previous successful capital raise of Rs 100 crore by Mygate in November 2022, signaling consistent investor confidence and a clear validation of its sustainable business model and substantial growth potential.
