MTN Offers ₦5 Million in Aba Startup Pitchathon
MTN Nigeria is set to host a Pitchathon at its ‘The Gathering’ event in Aba, offering a total prize pool of ₦5 million to emerging startup founders. The event, scheduled for June 14-15, 2026, aims to provide critical funding and a platform for young entrepreneurs.
Prize Breakdown & Previous Success
- The winner of the Aba Pitchathon will receive ₦2.5 million.
- The first runner-up will be awarded ₦1.5 million.
- The third-place startup will secure ₦1 million.
- This follows a successful Lagos edition where eight startups collectively secured ₦45 million in seed funding.
- Top Lagos winners included Hurpham Africa (₦15 million), Coconoto Ltd (₦10 million), and Rava Send (₦5 million), with five others receiving ₦3 million each.
