Motilal Oswal Group has committed a significant ₹1,500 crore to Inox Clean Energy, the renewable energy arm of the INOXGFL Group. This capital injection is earmarked for accelerating the company’s expansion and acquisition initiatives.
The Funding Structure
The investment is structured as compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs), providing both debt-like protection and equity-linked upside potential. An initial ₹1,000 crore has already been disbursed to Inox Clean Energy.
