Milky Mist Dairy Food shares closed nearly 30% above their issue price on Tuesday, making a strong market debut. The stock settled at ₹181.45, significantly higher than its ₹140 issue price.

Milky Mist’s Strong Debut

The dairy company’s shares opened at ₹165.00, a 17.86% premium, before hitting its 10% upper circuit limit. This marked the largest IPO by an Indian dairy company.

India Exposition Mart Files for IPO

India Exposition Mart has submitted preliminary documents, known as a DRHP, to Sebi for an initial public offering. The offering combines fresh shares with an offer-for-sale.

  • Offer-for-sale: 2.3 million equity shares by existing shareholders, including Vectra Investments Private Limited
  • Capital expenditures: ₹63.8 crore from fresh issue for facility upgrades at India Expo Centre and Mart

These upgrades include air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, lifts, escalators, and variable frequency drives.

Augmont Enterprises IPO Details Confirmed

Augmont Enterprises has set its IPO price band between ₹750 and ₹788 per share for an ₹825 crore offering. Bidding is scheduled to open later this week.

  • Bidding period: Friday, August 21 to Tuesday, August 25
  • Tentative listing date: Monday, August 31
  • Fresh issue: ₹620 crore
  • Offer for sale: up to ₹205 crore
  • Funds utilization: future working capital needs and general corporate purposes

The company reported substantial financial growth for fiscal year 2025-26. Profits increased by 53.31% to ₹348.3 crore, while total income rose by 42.2% to ₹94,186.2 crore.
