rupyy, a financial services marketplace, has appointed Manvendra Singh as its new Head of Sales. This strategic hire aims to expand the company’s unsecured lending business, moving beyond its established vehicle finance offerings.
Singh brings over 13 years of experience in the financial sector. His background encompasses leadership in lending, sales, business development, and P&L management across various financial products.
Driving Unsecured Lending Growth
In his new capacity, Singh will spearhead the development of rupyy’s unsecured lending division for the CarDekho Group. His responsibilities include establishing scalable sales channels and strengthening relationships with both lending partners and distributors to drive growth in unsecured credit products.
Prior Leadership Roles
Before joining rupyy, Singh served as Zonal Head at Lendingkart, where he managed business loans across the North Zone and Gujarat. He received recognition as ‘Star Manager’ for Q1 2024 and accolades for his performance in Q4 2025 during his tenure.
Earlier, Singh spent several years at Bajaj Finserv, progressing from Senior Area Manager to Regional Manager. He oversaw a portfolio of lending products, including professional loans, loans against property, and home loans, across key markets such as Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Surat, and Vadodara.
He also held the position of Branch Manager at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., managing the Jaipur cluster for small-ticket business loans and salaried personal loans. Singh began his career at Intec Capital Limited, focusing on business development for loan against property and equipment finance.

rupyy functions as a comprehensive financial services marketplace and a full-stack vehicle finance distribution platform. It now covers financing for cars, two-wheelers, and commercial vehicles, having recently expanded to include personal loans and mortgages.
The platform utilizes a proprietary end-to-end technology system that manages the entire loan lifecycle. This system is supported by an integrated middleware layer and has established partnerships with over 50 banks and NBFCs.
This appointment underscores rupyy’s strategic push to broaden access to financial products through technology-driven distribution and diversify its credit offerings in the competitive Indian market.
