Manipal Health Enterprises Limited has set its Initial Public Offering (IPO) price band between Rs560 and Rs590 per equity share. The subscription period opens on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and concludes on Friday, July 31, 2026.
Investors are required to bid for a minimum of 25 Equity Shares and in multiples thereafter. Each equity share carries a face value of Rs2.
Offering Structure
The fresh issue component is valued at up to Rs 8,000 crore.
An offer-for-sale includes up to 21,613,834 equity shares by promoters and investors, including Imperius Healthcare Investments Pte. Ltd and Manipal Education and Medical Group India Private Limited.
The total issue size is projected between Rs 9210.38 crore and Rs 9275.22 crore.
Proceeds Utilisation
Rs 5,552.8 crore from the fresh issue is designated for repayment or prepayment of outstanding borrowings of its subsidiary, Manipal Hospitals Private Limited.
Rs 574 crore is allocated for acquiring a minority stake in Sahyadri Hospitals Private Limited.
The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited, and others are serving as the book-running lead managers for the IPO. KFin Technologies Limited has been appointed as the registrar.
Operational Overview
The network comprises 49 multispecialty hospitals.
It operates with 13,037 licensed beds across 14 states and union territories.
Revenue from operations for Fiscal 2026 was Rs 103,357.51 million (Rs109,356.18 million on a pro forma basis).
Net profit reached Rs 916.5 crore in FY26, an increase from Rs 533.2 crore in FY24.
The company served 7.63 million patients.
It employed 11,064 doctors specializing in tertiary and quaternary care in Fiscal 2026.
A CRISIL Report indicates Manipal Health holds the widest footprint among private hospital chains in India by bed capacity. It is also the second-largest by number of hospitals and leads in three metro markets: Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Pune.
The equity shares from Manipal Health Enterprises Limited are slated for listing on both the BSE and NSE following the IPO.
