Manipal Health Enterprises began its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on July 29, 2026, aiming to raise up to ₹9,275 crore. The public issue is set to conclude on July 31, 2026.

The price band for the offering is set between ₹560-₹590 per share.

Manipal Health secured ₹4,167 crore from anchor investors prior to the public launch.

The fresh issue component is valued at up to ₹8,000 crore.

An Offer For Sale (OFS) involves up to 2.16 crore equity shares.

The Grey Market Premium (GMP) suggests an estimated listing price of ₹600.

Day 1 subscription, as of 10:16 am, recorded an overall subscription of 1%.

Ahead of its public launch, Manipal Health Enterprises secured significant capital from anchor investors, including Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Morgan Stanley Asia. The Grey Market Premium (GMP) stood at ₹10 as of July 29 at 10:02 am, projecting a listing price of ₹600. This indicates a potential gain of 1.69% per share.

Allocation Breakdown

Up to 75% of the offer is designated for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).

Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) are allocated 15% of the shares.

Retail investors receive 10% of the total offer.

Equity shares worth up to ₹15 crore are reserved for eligible employees, who will receive a ₹56 per share discount.

The company plans to use ₹5,378 crore from the fresh issue to repay borrowings for its subsidiary, Manipal Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. Another ₹574 crore is allocated for acquiring a minority stake in Sahyadri Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., with remaining funds for general corporate purposes.

Manipal Health Enterprises operates a network of multispecialty hospitals across India, offering diverse healthcare services. As of September 30, 2025, it managed 38 hospitals and 10,761 licensed beds across 14 states and Union Territories. By December 31, 2025, its licensed bed capacity increased to 12,631 with the opening of its 49th hospital in Bengaluru.

For the six months ending September 30, 2025, Manipal Health reported revenue from operations of ₹4,713 crore. The company also posted a net profit of ₹571.8 crore during the same period.
