The stock gained 11.90 points from its previous close of Rs. 414.10 on the BSE. Trading activity saw the scrip open at Rs. 420.70, hitting an intraday high of Rs. 427.00 and a low of Rs. 413.05.

Global Recyclability Validation

The film has undergone extensive testing both in India and internationally to confirm its functionality and recyclability. The recent German certification adds a significant international validation to its credentials.

Mamata Machinery, which manufactures and exports plastic bags, pouch making machines, packaging machines, and extrusion equipment, currently has a promoter holding of 62.45%. Institutions hold 2.10%, while Non-Institutions account for 35.46% of the company’s equity.

Further validation is anticipated from the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) in the USA. This upcoming certification is expected to solidify RecTech’s commercial viability, supporting its adoption by brand owners and converters seeking scalable and competitively priced recyclable packaging solutions.
