Lumino Industries’ Initial Public Offering (IPO) hit 1.42 times subscription on its opening day, August 27, 2026. The company received bids for 8.97 crore shares against 6.32 lakh shares available.

An additional Rs 15.013 crore will fund capital expenditure, covering equipment, machinery, civil works, and interior development for an existing manufacturing facility. Remaining funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.
Lumino’s Business Profile
Lumino Industries, promoted by Purushottam Dass Goel, operates as an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) player. The company primarily serves the power transmission and distribution (T&D) sector, manufacturing various electrical products.

Prior to the IPO, Lumino Industries secured Rs 206.69 crore from 30 anchor investors on August 26, 2026. For the twelve months ending March 31, 2026, the firm reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 159.97 crore and total sales of Rs 2,041.07 crore. The IPO is scheduled to close on August 31, 2026.
