Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured an ‘Ultra-Mega’ Framework Cooperation Agreement (FCA) with TenneT, marking a significant step in Europe’s clean energy transition. This substantial contract underscores L&T’s growing role in large-scale renewable energy infrastructure.
The agreement, made in consortium with Hitachi Energy, covers six projects and future opportunities under TenneT’s ambitious 2-GW HVDC programme. This strategic partnership aims to support the large-scale integration of offshore renewable energy, accelerating the continent’s shift towards a sustainable, decarbonised future.
