L.T. Elevator acquires South Korea’s DYPC Inc., becoming a global automated parking tech leader. Rajesh Power secures Rs 362.83 crore Gujarat order.
L.T. Elevator has executed a Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of DYPC Inc., also known as Dongyang PC Inc., based in Seoul, South Korea. This strategic move marks a significant transition for L.T. Elevator from a domestic elevator and car parking contractor into a global automated parking technology company.
DYPC Inc. is a globally recognized manufacturer of automated mechanical car parking systems, boasting over two decades of operational history. Its deployments span numerous international markets, including the USA, UK, Mexico, Thailand, Iran, Uruguay, Egypt, and Canada.
Rajesh Power Secures Major Gujarat Order
Rajesh Power Services secured new orders totaling Rs 362.83 crore, inclusive of taxes, from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company (PGVCL), a government of Gujarat undertaking. These turnkey projects are focused on critical infrastructure upgrades.
The scope of work involves converting existing 11kV High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) line networks into underground cable systems. The projects also include implementing a Ring Main System, GIS mapping, and asset tagging within Gujarat’s Jamnagar circle.
TCC Concept’s Data Centre Ambition
NES Data, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCC Concept, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for the acquisition of a strategically located land parcel. This site is situated at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi, Pune.
The acquired land is earmarked for the development of a next-generation Data Centre Campus, planned with an impressive IT Load Capacity of up to 60 MW. This development remains subject to the completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, and receipt of customary statutory and regulatory approvals.
Veefin Solutions Raises Capital
Veefin Solutions successfully raised Rs 20 crore through the allotment of 200,000 unrated, unlisted, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs). Each debenture carries a face value of Rs 1,000.
The capital was secured on a private placement basis to identified investors, with the company’s Board approving the allotment via a resolution passed by circulation on August 4, 2026.
B.R.Goyal Wins CyberCity Project
B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has received a work order from Sneh Developers, an SPV of Micro Mitti Group, for the proposed CyberCity Project in Indore. The total contract value for this significant work order stands at Rs 81.74 crore.
The project specifically covers the Civil and Structural Work, encompassing both building construction and external development, contributing to a major urban development initiative.
HCG Subsidiary Invests in Renewable Energy
HealthCare Global Enterprises’ subsidiary, HCG Manavata Oncology LLP, has entered into an agreement to acquire a 26% equity stake in Epic Vighnaharta Renewable Energy (EVRE). This acquisition involves the subscription of equity shares for an aggregate consideration of Rs 38 lakh.
Following the completion of this acquisition, HCG Manavata Oncology LLP will hold a 26% stake in EVRE on a fully diluted basis. Consequently, HealthCare Global Enterprises will hold an indirect interest of up to 26% in the renewable energy firm.
