Lloyds Engineering to Acquire Steel Infra for ₹1,220 Cr
Lloyds Engineering Works (LEWL) is set to acquire Steel Infra Solutions Company (SISCOL), a leading structural steel engineering firm in India, for approximately ₹1,220 crore. This marks a significant strategic expansion for LEWL.
- The acquisition aims to transform LEWL into a fully integrated engineering, fabrication, and EPC platform.
- It will enable LEWL to deliver complex projects across industrial infrastructure, transportation, urban development, energy, and large commercial construction.
- The deal combines LEWL’s engineering, manufacturing, and EPC strengths with SISCOL’s specialized expertise.
Aadhar Housing Finance Secures Funding
Separately, Aadhar Housing Finance has successfully raised ₹250 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
- A total of 25,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable NCDs were allotted.
- Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,00,000.
- The allotment was made on a private placement basis by the Board’s Management Committee on June 18, 2026.
- Aadhar Housing Finance focuses on home financing for low-income sections of society in India.
OnEMI Technology Solutions Expands
OnEMI Technology Solutions has incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named ‘Invincible Minds’. The Certificate of Incorporation was received on June 18, 2026.
- This move is part of OnEMI’s strategy to expand its presence in the financial services sector.
- The subsidiary will focus on various non-lending business activities and allied financial service offerings.
- OnEMI operates as a technology-enabled lender in India.
