Second Major Transaction
This marks the second significant block deal for Lenskart within a single week. Previously, SVF II Lightbulb (Cayman) executed a sale of shares valued at ₹2,887.9 crore on August 24, with Societe Generale ODI noted as a buyer in that transaction.
Robust Financial Performance
The company’s stock currently trades near its 52-week high, supporting a market capitalization of ₹1.12 lakh crore. Lenskart also reported a substantial increase in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, reaching ₹221.84 crore.
This profit figure represents a nearly four-fold jump compared to the previous year. Revenue from operations surged by 43.3% to ₹2,714.18 crore, driven by strong growth across both Indian and international markets.
Further bolstering its market presence, Lenskart expanded its retail network by adding 132 new stores during the quarter. This strategic expansion contributes to the company’s sustained operational momentum.
