Lemon Tree Hotels has significantly expanded its presence in Maharashtra by signing license agreements for two new resorts in Tadgaon and Igatpuri. This strategic move adds 200 rooms to the company’s development pipeline in the state.
Key Details of New Properties
- The two new resorts are Lemon Tree Resort, Tadgaon, and Lemon Tree Resort, Igatpuri.
- Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
- Lemon Tree Resort, Tadgaon, will feature 110 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, spa, and fitness center.
- Lemon Tree Resort, Igatpuri, will offer 90 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, spa, and fitness center.
Growing Presence in Maharashtra
With these additions, Lemon Tree Hotels now boasts a total of 32 properties in Maharashtra. Of these, 15 are currently operational, with 17 more in various stages of development.
This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its portfolio and market reach within the key Indian state.
