LEAP India Limited has set its IPO price band between ₹151 and ₹159 per equity share, with the public subscription period scheduled from August 7 to August 11.

The IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹480 crore, an increase from the initially proposed ₹400 crore. An offer for sale (OFS) component from existing shareholders remains unchanged at ₹2,000 crore.

Anchor investor allocation is set for Thursday, August 6. The basis of allotment is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, with refunds initiating on August 13.

Fund Utilization and Company Profile

LEAP India plans to allocate ₹360 crore from the fresh issue proceeds towards debt repayment or prepayment. The remaining funds will address general corporate purposes, noting consolidated outstanding borrowings of ₹1,023.2 crore as of June 2026.

Mumbai-based LEAP India operates an asset pooling platform in India, managing 1.47 crore pooled assets across over 10,100 customer touchpoints. The company serves diverse sectors including FMCG, food and beverages, and e-commerce.

Financial Performance

The company reported robust financial growth in FY26. Net profit surged by 66% year-on-year to ₹62.3 crore, up from ₹37.6 crore in FY25.
