LEAP India, a Mumbai-based supply chain management provider, successfully secured ₹743.62 crore from anchor investors. This significant capital injection precedes its ₹2,480-crore Initial Public Offering (IPO), which opened for public subscription today.
The company allocated 4.67 crore equity shares to 32 anchor investors at ₹159 per share, hitting the highest point of the IPO’s price range.

Global financial powerhouses like Morgan Stanley, Norway’s Government Pension Fund Global, and Goldman Sachs joined the anchor investor roster. Domestic players, including six mutual fund houses and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, also participated, acquiring 1.87 crore equity shares across 15 schemes.
Pre-IPO Activities and Offer Details
This anchor round follows a ₹371.3 crore pre-IPO placement completed on August 3 and 4. Gamnat Pte. Ltd., a GIC subsidiary, led this private placement, contributing ₹279.99 crore.
Separately, promoter entity Vertical Holdings II offloaded 2.33 crore equity shares, or a 5.67% stake, for approximately ₹371 crore. This secondary sale, independent of the IPO, reduced Vertical Holdings II’s stake in LEAP India from 73.73% to 68.06%.
The IPO’s price band is set between ₹151 and ₹159 per equity share. The total public issue includes a fresh issue of equity shares up to ₹480 crore and an offer for sale of ₹2,000 crore by Vertical Holdings II Pte. Ltd. and KIA EBT Scheme 3.
Company Outlook and IPO Utilisation
LEAP India plans to use ₹360 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to repay or prepay existing borrowings. The remaining funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes.
Recognized as India’s leading on-demand asset pooling provider by Frost & Sullivan, LEAP India launched in 2013. The company managed 14.7 million pooled assets and served over 1,000 customers across more than 10,100 touchpoints as of March 31, 2026.
The IPO subscription period will conclude on August 11.
