Kotyark Industries Bags Rs 15.41 Cr Biodiesel Orders from BPCL, HPCL

Kotyark Industries has secured Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) for a combined 1,662 KL of Biodiesel. These orders represent an approximate total deliverable value of Rs 15.41 crore and cover the supply period from June 2026 to August 2026.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation’s Letter of Intent specifies the supply of 1,287 KL of Biodiesel. This particular order carries an approximate deliverable cost of Rs 11.93 crore.

Separately, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation issued an LOI for 375 KL of Bio Diesel. This specific order is valued at approximately Rs 3.48 crore.

Streamlined Procurement Process

Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) adopted a streamlined tender process in the current cycle, issuing Letters of Intent directly without a separate allotment sheet. This approach mirrors procedures followed in the December 2025 and April 2025 tenders.

The direct issuance method ensures timely communication of allocation details. It also facilitates the expedited issuance of corresponding Purchase Orders, supporting Kotyark Industries’ ongoing business relationship with the OMCs.

The aggregate of these LOIs from BPCL and HPCL totals 1,662 KL of Biodiesel. This combined quantity represents an approximate total deliverable value of Rs 15.41 crore.
