Kolte-Patil Developers’ stock climbed approximately 9% on Thursday, extending its one-month rally to about 17%. This significant surge followed the announcement of six new redevelopment projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Key Project Details
- The new projects represent a combined estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 6,000 crore.
- This marks the company’s largest annual business development addition in the MMR to date.
These projects are strategically located in established residential micro-markets, underscoring a focused expansion. The company aims to launch all six projects within the next six to twelve months, pending necessary regulatory approvals, establishing a clear pipeline for future growth.
Strategic Locations
- Santacruz West
- Andheri West (Lokhandwala)
- Oshiwara
- Versova
- Ghatkopar East
- Vashi
These chosen micro-markets benefit from robust infrastructure, excellent connectivity, and limited availability of developable land. Managing Director Rajesh Patil stated that these projects signify a new phase of accelerated growth for Kolte-Patil in the MMR.
Patil further explained that the expansion strengthens the company’s development pipeline and aligns with its strategy to scale through larger projects, particularly following its strategic partnership with Blackstone.
