KNR Constructions today announced it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for new Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in Telangana, valued at Rs 157.55 crore excluding GST.
This significant contract involves the construction of multiple flyovers and an underpass in Banjara Hills, marking a notable addition to the company’s infrastructure portfolio.
Project Scope and Timeline
- The LoA covers the construction of a 2-lane Unidirectional Flyover at NFCL Junction.
- It also includes the development of a 2-lane Unidirectional underpass and a 3-lane unidirectional flyover at TV9 Junction.
- Both projects are situated within Banjara Hills, under the jurisdiction of the GHMC.
- The stipulated construction period for these projects is 24 months from the commencement date.
