Juniper Green Energy Ltd has priced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) at ₹214-₹225 per equity share, targeting to raise ₹1,800 crore. The public issue, consisting entirely of a fresh equity share issue, opens on July 30 and closes on August 3.

- Investing in subsidiaries (Juniper Green Gamma One, Juniper Green Kite, Juniper Green Power Five) for loan repayment: ₹728.69 crore

Backed by Singapore-based AT Capital Group, Juniper Green Energy develops and operates utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, and battery energy storage projects across India. The Gurugram-based firm manages an integrated platform from project development to operations.
Notable projects include India’s first merchant 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Rajasthan. It also features an integrated Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project combining solar, wind, and battery storage solutions.
