JSW Energy has finalized the acquisition of 100% equity shares in Maruti Clean Coal and Power (MCCPL), a move that immediately expands the company’s total operating capacity to 14.8 GW.
This completion follows an earlier definitive agreement signed on June 13, 2026, with Kolahai Infotech and SFI Parcel Services. MCCPL owns and operates a 300 MW thermal power project situated in Chhattisgarh.
