Infobip, a global AI-first cloud communications platform, has climbed to 16th place on Fortune’s Europe’s Most Innovative Companies 2026 list, highlighting its AI strategy and product development.
Infobip Jumps to Top 20 in Europe Innovation Ranking
Infobip, a global AI-first cloud communications platform, has made a significant leap on Fortune’s Europe’s Most Innovative Companies 2026 list, climbing from 68th to 16th place. The improved ranking was announced at VivaTech in Paris.
This recognition, conducted in partnership with research firm Statista, evaluates companies based on their innovation culture, product development, and process improvements.
AI Strategy Fuels Growth
The company’s enhanced standing is largely attributed to its AI-first strategy. Key initiatives include:
- Infobip AgentOS: An AI-native solution designed to orchestrate autonomous AI-driven customer journeys at scale.
- IPCEI for Next Generation Cloud Infrastructure and Services (CIS): Infobip is a core participant in this major EU research initiative. This project aims to develop Europe’s first interoperable data processing ecosystem for cloud and edge services.
Infobip’s contribution to the IPCEI project focuses on a next-generation cloud communications platform. It integrates AI-powered services, secure data exchange, and interoperable communication capabilities to boost Europe’s digital sovereignty and competitiveness.
