Indian firms Arfin India and NINtec Systems have announced substantial new orders, signaling strong business momentum. Concurrently, KPI Green Energy is expanding its renewable energy footprint with a new subsidiary.
Arfin India Secures ₹300 Crore Aluminium Order
- Arfin India secured a significant order valued at approximately ₹300 crore (inclusive of GST).
- The order is from its distributor, JFE Shoji India, for 7,400 MT of Aluminium Deox products.
- Supplies, including Primary Shots/Cubes, Secondary Aluminium Ingots, and Secondary Aluminium Wire Rod, are scheduled until September 2026.
- Arfin India specializes in manufacturing and exporting various aluminum products.
NINtec Systems Lands €1.10 Million AI Contract
- NINtec Systems’ wholly-owned subsidiary, NINtec Systems B.V., signed a contract worth approximately EUR 1.10 million (around ₹12.10 crore).
- The agreement is with a Finland-based client for supporting their AI platform, integrations, and overall technology operations.
- This strategic partnership highlights NINtec’s expertise in AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
KPI Green Energy Launches New Renewable Subsidiary
- KPI Green Energy incorporated ‘KPGC One’ on June 18, 2026, as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
- The new entity will focus on generating, storing, transmitting, distributing, purchasing, selling, and supplying electricity.
- It aims to utilize various conventional and renewable sources, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and thermal energy.
- KPGC One will also establish, own, develop, operate, and maintain power plants and energy storage systems.
