India’s primary market gears up for a busy week (Aug 3-7, 2026) with 6 IPOs and 11 listings, including key mainboard and SME issues. Get the details.

India’s primary market will see six new Initial Public Offerings and eleven scheduled listings between August 3 and August 7, 2026. This includes two mainboard IPOs and four SME public issues, alongside three mainboard and eight SME company listings.

Ardee Industries, a battery recycling firm, launches its Rs 425.87 crore public issue from August 5 to August 7. Shares are priced at Rs 50-53 each. The company reported a 57% year-on-year increase in total income to Rs 1,168.88 crore and a 155% jump in profit after tax to Rs 84.68 crore for FY26.

Technocraft Ventures, an EPC project firm, opens its IPO on August 7, closing on August 11. Its price band remains unannounced. Technocraft recorded a 23% growth in total income to Rs 347 crore and a 54% rise in PAT to Rs 43.32 crore in FY26.

Upcoming SME Issues

Four SME IPOs are set to open next week. Anawil Wire & Engineering seeks Rs 177.81 crore from August 3-5. Aegeus Technologies will raise Rs 23.71 crore from August 4-6. LAPL Automotive has a Rs 32.40 crore issue from August 6-10. Optimystix Entertainment also opens from August 7-11, with its price band undisclosed.

Market Debuts Scheduled

Eleven companies are slated for stock market debuts. Mainboard listings include Manipal Health Enterprises on August 5, with Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems following on August 6.

Eight SME companies will list throughout the week. These include Advance Technoforge, Propshop Events & Exhibitions, Poojaa Precision Engg, HR Hygiene Products, Oneindig Technologies, Dhaval Packaging, Fusion Klassroom Edutech, and GV Electricals.

Key Financial Figures

Ardee Industries’ public issue is valued at Rs 425.87 crore. Its FY26 total income reached Rs 1,168.88 crore, with profit after tax at Rs 84.68 crore.

Technocraft Ventures achieved a total income of Rs 347 crore in FY26. Its PAT for the same period was Rs 43.32 crore.
